Flagship Carwash

I had a great experience . Better than I expected . The promotional car wash was fantastic and has convinced me that it is a nice place to go for a car wash! It is fun to go through . It smells good if you turn on the AC while going through it ! The lights are nice inside too and lots of soap ! The best part: the self service vacuums are STRONG and have 2 types of nozzles . Also they supply you with GLASS CLEANER AND CLEAN RAGS to use. Excellent 5/5 stars and better than I ever imagined

I really enjoyed my experience here at this location the first time, and it’s close to my house! I am now a membership holder. The deluxe wash is fantastic and the only one that truly cleans my rims well. During my last visit, a part fell off my vehicle. I didn't notice until I got home, but an employee was kind enough to reinstall it for me, which shows excellent customer service. This has not happened at other car washes, but I love this location and hope it was just a one-time issue. And honestly, that part on my vehicle could’ve already been loose and I didn’t know. My husband got the free car wash today! Overall great place. We’ll be back! Edit: Came back today (7/29/26) and it went well! No parts fell off and it looks great. 😍

Not impressed. No public bathrooms. No full service options. Staff act more like security guards. Each time I pulled in for a wash, staff coming running from the store like they are catching a predator or something. Like don’t you people have a video tag reader? I think I will stick with Canton Car Wash even considering they have a higher monthly fee.

I have a truck with a ladder rack, I know it cannot go through car washes. I came intending to pay to use their vacuums, and it turns out that is just not an option? The manager, Thomas, is great. We were able to work something out, but it really should not have been on him to work something out. I should be able to easily give money to a company for a service that they provide. During this process that should not have been a process, I interacted with the other employees on site. Excellent customer service all around. The customer service was so good in fact, I bought a gift card for a car wash anyway. The vacuums work great by the way. I would pay to use them if I could but, you know, you can't.

We just finished the free car wash they provided, and oh boy was it amazing! I’ll walk you through on what to expect. Upon arrival, you’ll see an attendant, after going through two pathways: CREDIT-MEMBERS and MEMBERS. You’ll get to choose between a $15, $20 and $25 car wash. For the main wash, you are asked to put your car in the NEUTRAL setting. There you get many tools used to clean your car. They provide many more services that I reckon to be top tier, such as a Ceramic Shield, Vaccums, and Tire Shine. FLAGSHIP #1!
